How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our atelier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Gently polish your jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth and store it in its original pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
